Reiki is a restorative technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. During a Reiki session, you don’t need to “do” anything: you can lie down, breathe, and receive. Reiki goes where it is needed most! It is administered by an attuned Reiki practitioner, who either places their hands on the body or holds them just above it, focusing on the seven chakra centers. Energy is channelled from the universe, flowing through the reiki healer into the recipient.
