Happy October, Reader!
It's been an exhausting time to be a person lately, and no amount of pumpkin spice will change that. Yet it's still true that change will only ever come when we've got the energy, stability, and self-trust to create that change (even if it's just, for now, within ourselves or our families or our neighborhoods).
Cultivating such inner strength while still centering joy is an act of resistance, and it's the primary goal of Hearthwise Healing.
Hearthwise sessions are grounded in my 20 years of professional experience in the fields of education & mental health. I blend the β¨mysticalβ¨(like tarot & astrology!) and the π mundane π (like daily rituals & crafting!) to help you stay grounded, hopeful, and resilient.

Iβm an award-winning educator who spent 20 years in Philly high school and university classrooms. I taught literature, writing, and education courses, always with a fierce focus on joy, community, intentionality, and student agency. I designed and led innovative coaching and mentoring programs, most recently one centered in bridging the gap between effective practice and educator mental health.
Through Hearthwise Healing, I bring those well-honed skills to a more intimate, soul-centered kind of work, supporting people who are:
